JOHNSONBURG BRICK BLOCK PROJECT.
The Johnsonburg Brick Block project is a transformative initiative focused on revitalizing the historic Brick Block building in downtown Johnsonburg. Led by the Johnsonburg Community Trust, this effort is dedicated to restoring and preserving one of the area’s most unique cultural landmarks — believed to be the first outdoor mall in the United States.
Through multiple phases of restoration, volunteers and community members have worked tirelessly to clear debris and uncover original architectural elements, including internal firewalls, tin ceilings, and historic storefront details. The rehabilitation is expected to create approximately 75 full- and part-time jobs while strengthening community pride and investment in the downtown district.
We are especially proud that our windows were chosen as part of this important project. Designed to honor and maintain the building’s original architectural character, our windows help preserve the historic integrity of the Brick Block while supporting its long-term sustainability. This project stands as a testament to the community’s commitment to protecting its heritage and ensuring a vibrant future for downtown Johnsonburg.

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS-VOLCANO BAY
Our products were proudly selected to help create the grates surrounding the swimming areas at Volcano Bay, delivering both performance and design in a high-traffic, high-moisture environment.

SOLDIERS & SAILORS MEMORIAL HALL & MUSEUM
Pittsburgh, PA
The Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum Trust, Inc. completed a significant renovation of its exhibit space, which included comprehensive window and door replacement services. The project enhanced both the beauty and functionality of this architectural gem while carefully preserving its historic character and significance.
We were proudly chosen as part of this meaningful renovation, supplying and installing our products to help maintain the museum’s timeless appearance while improving performance and efficiency. This investment has strengthened the museum’s ability to serve as a valuable community resource, continuing to educate visitors about military history and honor the stories of those who served.
THE PENINSULA PROJECT
Bronx, NY
The Peninsula Project in the Bronx, NY, was a transformative initiative that reimagined the former Spofford Juvenile Detention Facility into a vibrant, mixed-use campus designed to serve and uplift the surrounding community. The development created 740 affordable housing units, offering a mix of studios and multi-bedroom apartments, along with thoughtfully integrated retail space and community facilities.
We were proud that our Ventana Select Tilt/Turn Windows and Doors were chosen as part of this landmark project. Our products contributed to the building’s performance, efficiency, and modern aesthetic, supporting the vision of creating high-quality, sustainable housing in the heart of the Bronx.
THE TANK POOL AT THE GOLDEN NUGGET
Las Vegas, Nevada
Our products were proudly selected for the drainage systems at Golden Nugget Las Vegas within The Tank & Hideout Pool Complex — one of the resort’s most iconic attractions. Surrounding the 200,000-gallon shark tank aquarium and serving 17 private cabanas across three levels, our drainage solutions were engineered to deliver reliable water management while complementing the upscale design of this premier destination. Built for both performance and durability, our systems help ensure safety and efficiency in this high-traffic, luxury pool environment.
